Secretary of CPC and CEO of China Banking Association, Chief Vice Chairman of Asian Financial Cooperation Association

Mr. Guangwei Pan, with a Master's degree in Laws from Renmin University of China, currently serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and CEO of China Banking Association, Chief Vice Chairman of Asian Financial Cooperation Association, Director General of the council of China Bankers Institute and Director of the Editorial Board of China Banking. He is also member of the council of National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization and member of National Supervisory Committee of Professional Degrees in Finance. He previously served at the Ministry of Personnel, Organization Department of the Central Financial Work Committee, Human Resources Department and Training Centre of China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC). Prior to that, he served as the Vice President (Director-General) of Party School of CBRC, and the Director-General & Secretary of the Party Committee of CBRC Shaanxi Office.
